Здравейте, имам следния въпрос:
Осъждан съм, като съм сключил споразумение по чл.343б, ал.1 от НК вр. чл.55 ал.1 т,2 б.б, вр, с чл.42″а”, ал.2,т.1 през 18.11.2008г. На 19.11.2008г. отново съм осъден , като съм сключил споразумение по чл.198, ал.1 във вр. с чл.20, ал.2 във вр. с чл.63, ал1 т.3 от НК , при условията на чл.55, ал.1, т.2,б.”б” от НК ,но за извършено деяние през 2005г. Към днешна дата наех адвокат и се образува дело с което исках да се реабилитирам съдебно. Беше ми отменена съдебната реабилитация, защото вече съм бил реабилитиран по право! Тук възниква първия ми въпрос . Защо съм реабилитиран по право след, като имам две присъди ?

След като и аз разглеждам информацията в сайта , значи и аз съм потенциален беглец….
За съжаление всичко, което искаме ще го постигнем в държава с правила. Не искам да ми елесно, искам да ми е ЯСНО и да знам, че като правиш нещата отговорно, то усилията ти ще бъдат оправдани ..
БГ отдавна не ми предлага хоризонти въпреки, че материално не сме зле, имаме работа, пътуваме, но сме тъжни и все по-зависими през годините от статуквото. Мафия, лъжи, ДЪРЖАВА, престъпност, политици, лобизъм… са едната страна , а другата – болка, умора, тъга, песимизъм, двоен стандарт…..
Тук няма правила и само се заблуждаваме, че имаме бъдеще, значи все още някъде дълбоко в мен има НАДЕЖДА…ДА И ЗА ТОВА БЯГАМ!!!!!!!!!!!

People, Bulgarians has NOTHING thta connects tgem to Turks. Turks INVded Bulgaria and holded them slaves for 500 years. later Bulgarians managed to free themselves in 1878 year, when Ottoman Impery got old, corrupted and weak. Bulgarians wisely got over. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION > The west part of BULGARIA has georgaphic name Macedonia (it is the same as Us-state Texas, or California, or canadian province Ontario, or German Bavaria state). Now – can you believe that Bavaria speaks different laguage and will will separate from Germany, or state California will separate – from USA ?? So why do you, people, still think that Macedonia has to be a DIFFERENT COUNTRY, that has nothing to do with her Mother land BULGARIA? There is No such a Country MACEDONIA. It is just a It is a piece of South European land, where Bulgarians, Albanians, Armenians, Judish, Romanians, Gipcies, some Serbs and also Greeks live togethre! And they lived there happily before some political Soviet Union Influences were not involved. After 2-nd World war this part of the world got artificially changed by Stalin and Tito. Look on the map. Read some real Historian books frfom OLD ancient times ( from 2000 – 1400 years ago). The country Macedonia was artificially created by 2 dictators from 2-nd world war – Iosph Broz Tito , supported by dictator Stalin, the USSR Tirant at that time.

Just DO NOT BE STUPID and USED. Read, learn and get it analysed > THERE NO SUCH 100% NATION AS MACEDONIANS!
There are no 100 % texans or californians, or ukranians, or indians, or even CHINEASE people.
But there is one thing – We have to go through all differences and to live in Piece!
Just do not gte involved in 3-rd world war . That will be the end of ANY NATION.
